I'm certain a LOT of folks are "going"....But I'm not.

I used to do all the "rallies" anywhere near me, but not anymore.

They're circuses nowadays, and I'm not amused.

Would probably be going but seems like each year they up the price to get into the fair grounds where all the good **** is happening. (think its up to $75 now). The best rally in Texas is in Galveston in Nov. not near as hot and its FREE.

Went every year but not anymore, too hot, too many people and too much traffic in Austin. Its a mess and it gets worse every year. To be honest, seen it once and you've pretty much seen it all.

Traffic aside.... Alot of the people coming to ROT aren't that knowledgeable about the roads in the Austin area. The road going past the Expo Center is heavily traveled by large trucks... 290 is a royal pain in the a$$... everything is over priced... will be hot as hell... I could go on & on, but please be careful!
Watch out for fellow riders..cagers and those big *** trucks hauling *** in front of the Expo Center.

Also... The local LEOs have a no refusal deal going on. Don't drink & ride !!
I live 45 mins from the Expo Center... I'm riding North ...away from the ROT!!

I have a small group going from our club. Stop at the gate, buy an over priced T-shirt just to say we did, and don't. Then head back to the house. Like said above, too hot, too many people, and too much traffic.
