Default Klock 6.5 compared to the LRS 7" Xtreme

Can anybody who has used both on a Street Glide make a comparison on the Klock 6.5 as compared to the LRS 7" Xtreme? I'm more concerned with the added stability the Klock gave me as Priority one! The Klock planted that front end noticably. Particularly on the windy highways I frequently travel. Wind buffeting is important for highway travel as well, but I do like wind which is why I ride in the first place....Just not eyeglass vibrating nostril flaring wind. A slightly calmer wind pocket is all I need. Thanks for any input.

I'm close to getting the KW or HD Wind Splitter. The Klock Werks seems to be winning more votes.

The XStream will also give you a lot of front end stability. That's part of the main function we designed into the Xstream and the Stealth. The Xstream will also give you decently good protection against buffeting. I can attest to the stability though. I've ridden with the Xstream on our bikes and they make a "huge" difference

I'm won over. I just ordered a 7" Xtreem dark tint. I love my Klock shield but $70.00 delivered verses 179.00???? No brainer right at the moment with all of the money I've spent on other mods in the last month or so....Cash is slim...Besides, the LRS guys seem like Good Sheits!

Tried a 9" Stealth & 10" XStream. Noticed no added stability. What they did add was an intolerable, distracting, vibrating resonance. I also disliked the optical distortion. Poor designs...easily sold both for what I paid

Sigh...how many threads is this now that you've posted the same thing on? I can find the thread where you posted that you thought the shield was top quality if you'd like. I'm sorry to hear that you were not pleased, and did not want to take advantage of any of your options we were more than happy to work with on I.E. returning it or exchanging it.

Glad you decided to give us a try! If you are not happy for any reason, please give us a call. We want you to LOVE your shield. Please forgive our local troll above, he's confused. Seriously though, you'll love it we think and if you dont', we'll make it right.
