Default Difference: 11-12 comp & SE compensator??

Does anyone know what the difference is between the SE compensator (40274-08A) & the supposedly SE comp in the 11 & 12 bikes (83935-09A), that's the part# I get online for the factory unit. I know some guys that have installed 120Rs in their 11 & 12s who have replaced the comps with the SE unit & have thought I would try to buy one to replace the weak comp in my 09. Anyone know what the difference is?

SE comp is the original equipment on 11-up touring bikes, I'm not sure about your part number.
