Default Does the dealer wash your bike after service?

Just curious to see what the service level is out there and compare to my experience.

I tell them not to. I've read to many stories of free scratches that come along with the wash. I'll do it myself.

I don't usually go to the dealer, but they wash every bike after service, the good thing is they use the same products incuding micro fiber cloths that they sell, if it is raining or you are in a hurry they will give you a rain check.

Even if you ask them not to they will usually "forget" and do it anyway. Last time I had a bike into a dealer was for tires, I told them if they washed it I would never be back...they still washed it, then offered me a free oil change to make up. Haven't been back and don't intend to.

Cheers

Dealer cant be bothered to do anything that might be considered an extra or real PR for Harley.

I only go there to buy parts, never to let him touch the bike, his attitude is that he sold it to me so he should be the one to fix or service it. Really bad attitude even for a Harley Dealer. WTF!
