They have washed it when I took it in for warranty repairs. Usually looked better before they washed it. They didn't spend much time on it.

We have two dealers here. One does, and a fairly good job, and the other does not. I go to the one who does wash it, but that is not the sole reason why I use this dealer.

I bought my latest Harley from Skip Fordyce of Riverside California.
The purchase package included Pre-Paid Service. When serviced, it included a full tank of gas and a wash.

The wash looks good from the outside. The Wash job is not a "Detail" wash, but it is just on the top. If you look at the bottom, there is still the road grime and oil that can't bee seen from the top.

What do you expect for free.

My dealer has scratched my 2012 Roadking on 3 out of 4 visits so far.

Its there now at the dealer getting some warranty engine work done.

No they do not wash it they just scratch it. Kind of sucks so I just go with the flow and have them buff it out.

The one time I brought it to the dealer for some warranty work they washed it. Did a pretty good job, but the indy who does work on it for me is much more thorough.

I tell them not to!!!!! they make a fugging mess. Bike goes in clean, comes out a mess.
Don't get me started about the gouge in the granite color engine powder coat.

Mine used to, until they wiped it down using coarse dirty shop rags instead of washing it, and put good size scratches in the black paint. They are now forbidden to wash or wipe it down...not that they want to since their last mistake with that cost them a couple hours buffing out scratches.

By golly, I think that you've fallen and bumped your head! Too many brews or what? One stealer charges for the air you breathe while you're in his store. Another can't do enough to help you. Guess which ine I go visit. Last time at the store for service, they didn't even check to see if all the updates were done. There were five.

Yup. Unless I tell them not to. Seem to do a good job. Never had a complaint.

My dealer likes to have his mechanics put some greasy finger prints on my fender and left mirror. It's the least I expect when paying $350 for a 1k service
