Mine didn't after the 1,000 mile service, and that was fine by me.

My first, and possibly last service (knock wood) my dealer did a great job washing it. Almost as good as I would have done - but it was also darn clean when I brought it in. I prefer to do my own work, so that's the only reason I say it's possibly the last service my dealer will do. Unless there's some warranty issue to address, that is.

Never had occasion to test the washing situation with my last bike - it was thankfully that reliable.

Chester's Snake HD in Twin Falls Id washes every bike unless you ask them not to or are in a hurry. I was in a hurry when I had my 1000 mile service done and they gave me a rain check for a free wash.

They do if I forget to tell them not to first.

Interesting many people allow the dealer to work on the bike, but not wash it.

Mine always washes all bikes on exit - well unless you state not to. Even for simple oil changes. They do a OK job in the 10-15 minutes it takes. They use a hot air blower to dry most of it and micro fiber clothes to touch up.

They document the condition of the bike - scratches etc. I always look over it after, but so far never an issue. Course they all know me and I have a good rep with all of the service dept. I do ask for the mechanic I want because I tip him on major jobs and he puts in special attention to the little details...

Thunder Tower Harley in Columbia, SC washes and details mine after they do work at no extra charge. Always been top notch.

Took my neighbor over there to have a new front tire installed on his Superglide and he said they did a better job of washing and detailing than he's ever done. He's particular about his bike being clean too.

North Texas Harley offers bike wash with all service. I have been pleased with the level of service including the wash job.
