Mine was detailed when I bought it,it was perfect.Took it in for warranty work.They told me they washed it.It looked like they hosed it off and and didnt bother trying to dry it.What a mess,never again.

 

Yes my dealer does and the guy that does the bikes is very good.

I just stopped by my dealer (Red Rock HD in LV,NV) Thursday to get the left brake light bulb on my tour pack replaced. The warranty covered it, and they detailed my bike. Not hard to understand why the won the Platinum Bar and Shield award!

 

I try to make sure they know NOT to wash my bike when in for service. If they do wash it I'll end up rewashing and polishing it to get the water runnoff and spotting marks off. Guess I'm overly **** about having a CLEAN bike!

 

I had some tires put on by the dealer 1 time.. rkc wide white walls...thay washed the coating off... call them selves washing my bike & tried to blow it dry..thay brought it out of the service dept..it had a puddle of water under from it dripping.... I ask did thay convet to water cooled engine.... it was worse than when I brought it in..had finger prints all over it...I noted to the service guy...thay missed a spot it didnt have greesy finger prints on 1 spot... we didnt laugh about it...now I ask them to never wash my bike... if thay get a hand print on something I ask them to use quick detailer & a cotton cloth... but I rairely take my bike to the dealer..but then agin i dont have a tire machine....

 

YES!! I had mine in earlier this spring, and it came back immaculate. The guy at Southside HD is very good!

 

Lynchburg HD washes my bike after each service. They do a great job. The last time they detailed it so good that I had to let them know they do a better job than I do! And I am picky.

 

My Street Glide is always clean.....a little dust at most. They know how "particular" I am so they don't do anything to it other then what I ask, which is why I like going there.

 

I got my 15,000 mile service done on the road at Thunder Creek HD in Chattanooga, TN... they cleaned the bike afterwards - it was a complete detail job! Cleanest its ever been... props to them!

 

Yes mine does. They do a great job & have a filter for the water. They also do complete detailing. Sacramento Harley.
