Once from 1000 mile service.Went for brake switch recall and said do NOT wash.1st time was enough.Water spots on my RKC ....No.Only I clean my bike."If you want something done right..."

Don't know if they wash or not ... try not to go there ... the indie doesn't if I need him 'cause I tell him not to.

Fraziers Harley in Duluth Ga never washed mine. I use to bring my bike in pristeen and they would give it back completly trashed including brake fluid all over the bike after a break job. Needless to say I never go there anymore. incompetence glore and I will keep telling this story till my dieing day.

i got my ride at the dealer for winter storage, they wash it after I ride it when there is a break in the weather.

Had mine serviced at Bowling Green, KY, HD and when they pulled it out to the pick up area it had oil dripping from the oil filter area plus oil all over the front of the engine case/frame area. Thats after a $350 1.5 hour service, oh yeah, I had to adjust the clutch correctly when I got it home.
