My first trip to the dealer I got an unexpected wash. I checked it out and said to the guy, " Thanks for the two washes." He looked puzzled and said "Whadya mean two washes?" I replied, "My first and my last!" I don't need water spots all over my chrome.

Heritage Harley in Edmonton Canada washes it for free with a service. The scratches are free too! Only did mine once, standing order to never wash it again. The only thing I go to the dealer for is tires anyway, so they don't have many opportunities to ignore my request not to wash it.

Seriously, I can't believe you guys have so many problems with dealers. There are two dealers in Tulsa. I like them both but favor one.

Mine does but it always comes back needing to be properly washed/detailed. If I remember, I ask them not to.

I'll never know since I do my own work. But I would not want them to as how clean is the rags and water from washing all the bikes? I use new every time. Then they get washed and downgraded to wiping up oil or something.

Have a lifetime supply from Costco. At 72 I am sure that the huge package is a lifetime supply.

Ive owned my RK for 5 years never had service done at dealer. I only buy parts and chrome there I am lucky I also have a ind guy that loves working on bikes in his garage. He doesnt wash mine either. LOL also I have never washed mine with a hose, its never wet so I just wipe it off and lots of polish
