The mailman just dropped off my Outlaw helmet and I was like a kid at Christmas getting it open.
I ordered the XXL Carbon Fiber Low Profile and it looks great. The only issue is that it is just a little small for my mellon. If I just wear the helmet it fits snug but tolerable. If I wear a DoRag under it, it feels a little to snug but I will have to wear it on a ride to see.
The helmet looks great and is very light but it stinks when Ya take it out of the box. I got it out on the back porch to air out for a test ride tomorrow.
The bottom line is that this is what I been lookin for in a DOT helmet , but it is just a little small for a Big Mellon head .

That helmet will fit with more comfort after you wear it for awhile. Helmets do have a "break in" period.

 

I just bought the same one. I am very happy with it. It is very lightweight and does have a very low profile. Most of my friends ride with the novelty helmets but I wanted something DOT approved. I think the size chart is right on. I ordered a medium based on the measurment and it fits great. Give it time to break it. Better a little snug than too loose. The smell will also dissapate.

I ordered one that was alittle small. Took a baseball bat and reshaped it. Works perfect now.

 

Did you get the Ultra Slim Profile, or the Ultra Low Profile?

 

I got one friday in the mail, medium.
Mine is just a bit big but I wear a dorag so not bad.
Had to add a bit of foam front and back.
Mine had no smell.

Yes they do stink...BAD

I just got one a couple weeks ago, ive left it outside a couple days and sprayed with frebreeze but it still stinks.
