I'm considering some Polk MM651UM speakers for my ordered RNR saddlebag lids. What's catching my eyes with these is the fact that the tweeter is suspended so water build up will be less of an issue and crossovers are built in. I do expect these could collect some water at some point. What I'm not as thrilled with is the fact that these type grills allow a bit more dust/debris accumalation in the cones. Another option is Polk DB651 speakers (also marine rated) for $60 ($90 cheaper than the MM's) and add a 3 yr replacement warranty for $11. Really wish I could hear some MM's....
**Just found out that the slightly oversized MM651's will be a bit too big for the lid cut-out. Oh well, back to the DB651's or the Memphis Audios**
