Default Rear Brake - after switch replaced.

Took the 09 UC in to have the back brake switch replaced. Now when use the back brake the pedal feels soft and sometimes it feels like the brake doesn't come on. Dealer says he bled brake with computer and everything is fine. I should mention these are ABS brakes. Im not getting any warning lights or codes. Any suggestions. i really hate taking bike into dealer.

I would try and re bleed the brakes yourself... There has been several conversations on here where rebleeding has solved the problem. Something with their system doesn't always work as advertised.

take it back in- it is a liability issue.

let them know that brake performance is compromised following their service ( which is documented)-

Ok, a good story
Had mine done before storage last winter and this spring they worked exactly the same. No problems here.

I've seen this same thing several times and they need to bleed it again, it's not right.

Best advice there is. Don't try and fix their mistake. Make them get it right. As mkguitar said, there is liability. You try and fix it, you have assumed a lot of liability if something happens.

IF...they did bleed it, they didn't do it right.

This is the reason I never took mine in for that warranty.
I really don't trust those guys at all.
