Called May 1st to order a set of CFR's. Got a call next day saying pipes were on back order for longer than the 5-10 days. At that time they asked if I wanted to cancel order or wait and they wouldn't charge my card till they shipped. I opted to wait.

May 16th got a call pipes were no longer back ordered.
Today May 19th Pipes were at my door ( 3 days sooner than the expected delivery date according to fedEx tracking) and I'm in Pennsylvania by the way. That was quick free shipping.

No complaints, I worked with Frank and whoever posts here on the forum. I'd do business with them again.

I've ordered from them twice. Great service and fast shipping on both orders.

 

I checked the sponsor list for the site and didn't see them. Do you have a website link? And do they discount stock Harley parts or what?

That is who I Ordered my CFR pipes from as well, Price was the best, customer service was kind of lacking (a few other people have had problems with their customer service as well) but i ordered right around xmas, got the pipes and I am super happy with the pipes I would Def go with a true dual head pipe they sound AMAZING
