My WO572's measure 14.5" from the top of the bottom bar where the clamps go to the very top of the handlebars where it curves. And about 14" from the same point of the bottom bar to the end of the grips. That's pretty much just eyeballing it so Chubby's are very close to advertised heights.

 

I have chubbs and they seem to be what they advertise. I love them.
