I recently installed a J&M 250 watt amp and Rokker speakers and it sounds better with a cd than it does with the stock radio anyone one else feel the same?? Whats up

 

CD's have much higher fidelity than FM radio. What you are describing is, as it should be.

 

That's why I question the people that install the CD-less stereos in bikes. A factory CD/DVD is the best quality music source that you will find.

My wife suffered a brain aneurysm in March, so we had to move from Las Vegas, back to Ohio last month. Her medical treatment and inability to be alone , sadly warranted this move.

Fort Wayne , on your schedule, is the closest that you'll get to me. It sucks that the 4th of July is stuck in the middle of the week, but.............I'm not counting 'Wing Ding' out yet.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event ??

I have the same setup in my bike... absolutely love it. Don't play many cds, but the iPod sounds better than the radio... way better! I'm guessing it's got something to do with the quality of the source.

Wing Ding will be an indoor event in Ft Wayne ,,,,,, Not sure i will have the StreetGlide with the new subwoofers out of the trailer on display at Wing Ding ,,,, but I will see how much room we have during set-up ,,,,,,

 

Thought I would get to see you at Laughlin,........but we pulled up stakes on April 13th. UGH !
