I have V&H Dresser True Duals but without O2 bungs. I am planning to get the Power Vision with the Autotune module. Any recommendation to where to weld the new bungs into the headers?

 

Look at a bike with them, at the dealers, and fix yours at the same position. Or get a set of pipes with the fittings already installed.

 

I would put them in the same location as an 09, that's where the ones on the Fuel Moto pipe are located.

If you look at a model later than 09 they will have them in the wrong place.

 

The most recent testing of bung location with turners is showing that the stock or an angle approach is not the best way to go.

The best solutions now being reported are as close to the exhaust flange as possible and straight in the tube, no angle.

Object to get the most exhaust flowing over o2 sensor.
