Default Hi-Output Slip ons on a 96"

I have a 2010 FLHX with the stock 96" motor. I'm wanting to put the Arlen Ness Big Air Sucker kit, Vance & Hines Power Dual head pipes, & the Screaming Eagle Super Tuner. I really like the way the the Vance & Hines hi output slip ons sound & look, but was wondering if this slip on will be right for my setup? Future plans for my setup is to install cams and later on do the 107" kit. Thanks.

Go for it. I have them on my 103 and I am happy with both power and sound. Some will recommend against them but I gained hp and tq as well seat of my britches power.

the ness is a good chice, check ebay seller easternpc for good pricing ( about $120 shipped, for the chrome backing plate version)

slip ons- your choice

your 2010 has a cat in the header so those mufflers sound completely different on a 2010+ than they do on earlier models with out the cat.

tuner- you may want to look at nightrider.com xieds- about $125.

StreetGSP, I heard a 103" with the Power Duals & the Hi Output Slip ons today and it sounded awesome. To me they sounded better than a 110" motor with Power Duals & the Monster Rounds.

mkguitar, I'm planning on changing out my factory 2-1 pipe that has the cat with the Power Duals, which is catless.
