30wt and in 2000 hd called for a fork fluid change at 10k, now they call for a change every 20k.

I got rid of my fork oil ( a little in the very bottom) by using progressive sus. shocks, no more maintenance, and much better ride

Do a 50/50 mix with the standard and screamin eagle fork oils. You should find that you will have less diving and tighter handling.

My 2010 SM calls for fork oil to be changed at 50K. I changed mine at 10K to screamin eagle because of the front end dive. Works great now!

I'm your weight and just changed out my front end to black on my SG. Used the Screamin' Eagle Heavy Duty and it made a lot of difference in a positive way, not sure why you would want to mix it with standard but maybe someone has a reason. They also have a heavier racing fluid, not sure how that would be.

I'm a little lighter at 220 and have had SE heavy in since the very beginning. It's better than the stock oil that was in it originally and I did the chrome sliders at the same time to make it more cost effective.

I'm about to put 15w in my 09 SG. Some say that is a bit heavy others say it is great. I don't know yet.

5W Amsoil shock therapy with Ricor Intiminators modified by Fabrik8R and racetech springs. Best front suspension on a HD I have ever ridden.
