LED Turnsignal Conversion Question

LED Turnsignal Conversion Question
Ok I have a 2012 Street Glide. I am looking to do a LED conversion for all my lights. The more I read, the more I get confused.
I am looking at doing the Radiantz LED. Do I need to get the 1157 for front and rear?
I pulled both bulbs out of the bike and they are both duel filament but I have read in many places that it may be a 1156 for the rear.
Thanks,
J

Front: Part Number 5443

I did the Custom Dynamics on my 2010 FLHX. I had another set on my Softail before. They're great quality, lifetime warranty, and it's as easy as taking out the old bulb, and putting in the new. The load equalizer they sell is plug and play. Pull the 2 parts of the wiring harness apart, and snap the equalizer in line. Done in under 10 minutes if you are taking your time.

I am running the Badlands LE and Radiants LEDs on my rear. They are BRIGHT!! I like the Badlands better than the Harley because they are regularly on dim (but look real bright). When the turn signal is used, the light will dim/bright, like a dual filament bulb (1157). With most others, when you use the turn signal, the light will go out completely when flashing. That is less light on the rear. The Radiants LED are just a "Plug-N-Play". I just plugged them in and that was it. I am using clear len

I do beleive the rear on a 2012 is 1157, when they had the tail light and separate turns, I believe the turns were 1156. Can't help you on the Radiantz, but can tell you I did complete LEDs from Custom Dynamics and they rock! Easy installation and they light up. I put the Dynamic Ringz on the front and they are great, the way they add the white running lights for visibility. Also used a BIketronics equalizer, plug and play, effortless. Search out Garemlin, he has a great review of these lights.
