Plus one on the plug kit and the compressor. I like these:

and a slime compressor. I have used it several times and its worked great. Super easy to use and no mess. Get the tire fixed when you get home. I've run over 1000 miles on a plug when I've been on a trip.

You should be able to locate plenty of shops that stock a 120/70/21. That is most common size that we sell here and I would imagine at numerous shops.

I'm wondering if anybody has an idea of what I could get for my complete wheel set if I tried to sell them. They are chrome Colorado Custom "Monte Carlo" wheels (21" front and 18" rear). They would include the matching front chrome rotors, matching rear belt pulley, and a front Avon Cobra tire. No rear wheel tire would be included. The wheel set, and front tire, has about 5-6k miles on them. They are a little over a year old. Any idea what I could get for this set?
You should just have a second set of wheels to switch over to when ever you thinking of going those long distance trips, just a thought....

I wouldn't get rid of the wheels for being afraid of what might happen. That makes no sense to me. There is always some way to get a tire. I could order one from the side of the road online with my phone and have it drop shipped overnight to the shop of my choice to have it mounted the next day.
