I went with the Jackpot mufflers from FuelMoto. When I first put them on I was a little disappointed as I thought they were too quite. Louder than stock but just not quite there. I later added thier stainless steel (no catalytic converter) headpipe and the magic was there. Nice sound, still not loud but they've got a really sweet note. Have not dynoed it but thier specs impressed me and I'm happy.

Super-meg for sure great pipe and very very quiet with closed end cap for sure. As for quality no where near the D&D type chrome finish or how its installed on bike, lots of clamps and pieces.
On my 07 Sg, have run 2 different supermegs and 14-16 discs with open end cap Ill try posting video. I have run , Propipe, DD FC, Kerker2-1, TH, BUB all 2-1 pipes out of all the ST ran the best along with DD also had quiet baffle.
If this vid works its taken with digital camera in 09 by my blonde wife...lol

supermeg as well but I perfer the open end cap. I am running 12 discs and open end cap and at cruise and just taking it easy sounds about the same as when I was running 20 and closed. I have had the st supermeg on two different bikes now (04 egc and 2011 rgu) and liked that combo best on both of them.

Very true my bike is a 103, with head work, roller rockers, cams . etc... now has 45,000 miles or so zero problems. The volume is quite livable when cruising and does bark when twisting
the wick..
