Does it work from inside the tour pak?
I've tried a bunch of places, it only matters if it is a gated toll booth, otherwise they get your plate if it doesn't register. On the gated ones, they don't open, it sucks. So, I've had mixed luck with the tour pak and the lowers, seems to work sometimes, not others. I don't have a windshield bag, heard that works though, also heard of guys mounting them in their fairing with good results, problem I see with that, if it doesn't work, hard to hand it to the toll booth attendant. I usually carry mine in my pocket and just hold it out when I pass under.
