Oklahoma recognizes that motorcycles frequently don't trip the automatic doohickies so you stand a good chance of having a picture taken. They have my tag number and have never been hit with a violation when the gizmo doesn't see my pike pass. Trying to cheat the system may get you more attention than you bargained for.

I just haven't gotten around to it yet. I now have an I-pass in the truck and put it on the bike when I'm running through Chicago, but I just haven't taken the time to register all my vehicles yet. I'll have to put that on my "to do" list.

It's worked fine in Houston. My buddy rides through beside me. I don't feel guilty. They charge me the same as a car.

Its a commie state because when they learn how to tax air will all be metered. Its not illegal to avoid paying taxes its illegal to evade paying them.

A few years back I rode the length of the Garden State Parkway with my friend going through every toll next to me. I did not encourage him to do this as I was sure it would result in a ticket. The unexpected result was that I got charged double for each toll. No other penalty. (I guess the toll got paid as far as they were concerned.)
I would expect that they system has gotten a software upgrade by now that would trigger a picture to be taken and some sort of violation issued. I am not going to try it for the sake of reporting it here. It's obviously wrong to do it. It's just a question of whether the system can figure out what's going on and bust you for it. Good luck and let us know what happens.
