It was a grounding issue. Instead of using the ground wire from the OEM horn like it was originally wired with the Mini Beast connectors, I went from the air horn to the bike frame and it worked.

Yes, using the same relay as before and how did you ( FrenchBiker) mount the unit to the saddlebag brackets.....

Sorry dude, I just think of zip ties as temporary or, well, for tying wires. I would find a way to make it more permanent. But that's me.
Glad you got your electrical issue fixed though.

I used 3 heavy duty wraps that are almost 1/2" wide, I don't think the air horn is going anywhere. A solid mount would be best but there's not much space in the only open area that had room for the horn. I'm always thinking, so I may come up with a better mount in the future. Now, if I had the equipment that our resident head cooler wizard had, we wouldn't be talking about this now.....

Glad you got it working. Do you have photos of how you mounted the horn? I have been thinking about putting a Stebel on the right side b/t the saddle bag and wheel using the tab where the crash bars that wrap my saddle bags mount to the strut. It looks like there just might be enough room however I have yet to get the Stebel...

Get yourself a VOM for future projects so you don't have to guess about voltage delivery.
