Default Replacing Front Master Brake Cylinder Cover

Just noticed last night that the front master brake cylinder cover (09 FLHR) is chipping around the gasket area. Will get a replacement cover on my way home. I have the service manual at home but would like to ask if this is going to be a simple remove and replace job. Don't want to mess with it if it's going to be more involved. Will I also need a new gasket?

TIA

It's simple, but don't over tighten the screws or it will leak again and ruin the new cover. I put a chrome one on because of this.
Tighten the screws just to it starts to compress the seal around the top of the master cylinder.
