Well I finally touched base with the guy.. 9700 is very FIRM lol.. Bike is bone stock with the exception of the screaming eagle breather. It has a new rear tire on it and a new tire still in the box... He is also letting the 3 other seats he has go with the bike along with a bike lift... Im trying to round up the funds and make this happen... I know it will be gone soon lol...

Thats the better deal anyway with the tire...front is easier to change.

no worries with carb. Mine crossed the rockies 4 times without a hiccup. Sat in 100 degree construction zone for 2 hours without a hiccup (never shut it down as we would move 10 feet every 3 minutes). Many indy wrenches have much more experience with carbs than EFI. starting procedure is a little different, with the FI bikes, you turn on ignition and wait for fuel pump to pressurize then hit start button. with carb, my experience has been to give the throttle two pumps then hit start button (with no throttle) and it would fire immediately every time.

I prefer a carb, price sounds good with the extra's, go for it man, you will be happy!
Just get used to the occasional harley "sneeze". mostly when the bike is cold, but has happened at other times too. Sounds like the bike is sneezing out of the carb, only
happens at low speed, usually when taking of from a stop. Any others with carbs
have this issue?
