Dog tags, ICE on phone and in wallet, AIM card in wallet from national registry, ID chip in my neck, plus LEO has pics of me from a zillion angles.

X 2- Card in the wallet. A cell phone is a device. It can be broken. Batteries can be popped out. Most of the time my wallet is in my right rear pocket. A lot of guys, as we all know, have their wallet chained to their belt.

 

I always wear dog tags around my neck with my name, blood type, alergyes, and 3 different numbers to contact in case of an emergency. I also have a cell phone with me at all times (in my pants pocket, jacket pocket or any available pocket) and the medical insurance card in my backpocket.
Hopefully I'll never have to use it but it is there just in case.

 

I wear the Road ID as well.

 

One year at Sturgis, I picked up a dog tag engraved with my name and emergency contact phone. I wear it on trips and long rides.
