Default ABC's OF TOURING SIGNS

I am going to Rolling Thunder next month and on the way home I'm going to ride the Skyline drive/Blue Ridge Parkway/Cherohala Skyway - then to Nashville to Kentucky - Indiana - Home.
On this trip I'm going to be taking pictures for Harleys ABC of Touring Contest. I did it the last 2 years and had a ball traveling on back roads I'd never think of riding on. No super slabs.

Long story short, I'm trying to locate roadside signs for G. Washington, Jefferson, Pisgah, Nantahala, Mononahela, Cherokee and Shawnee National Forests Similar to attached photos. I have tried the Google street view "little guy" but have been unable to find any. I know they're there so I'm hoping that some HD FORUM members in those areas know where I can find these signs - as close to the parkway as possible. I don't have the time to go too far off the beaten path (the parkway). The signs must say the name of the forest and NATIONAL PARK.
I pretty much know where all the county signs are but these forest signs are alluding me.
Thanks for any help you guys can supply.

You can take on of the George Washington Parkway... Might even find a George Washington sign at Mount Vernon. Could take a ride this weekend to confirm the location for you. Should be a sign pointing the way to the Jefferson Monument.

edit I Just saw that you are looking for National Park signs....

At the end of the blue ridge parkway in Cherokee you will be really close to nantahala...20 minutes or so. You will also be close to pisgah national forest. Joyce kilmer forest is nearby as well.

If you ride the Cherohala, it goes through both the Cherokee and Nanahala National Forrest (thus the name). There are signs for both. ABC's of touring is fun. I did that about 4 years ago.

I couldn't see any signs on the parkway - I didn't think they were allowed on it.
If they are there, I'll not worry about it - hopefully I'll see them before I pass them by. LOL

Monongahela is mostly in Pocahontas county WV. Washington and Jefferson are nearby in VA. All are west of the BRP. I'm thinking if you pick up 39 west near Lexington VA and ride 39 to 92 south and ride 92 back down to 60 east back to Lexington VA you should see those signs. Its a good ride anyway.
