Great Buy and I hope you enjoy. Only matters that you are riding.

When you grow up and have bit more discresionary money maybe then you can fullfill your dream and have HD.

Do you have to wonder why the big 3 auto makers sell the same number of cars as Toyota or Honda but still are billions in debt? HD is no different, they make a sub standard product and overcharge it to all those that cling to the culture of HD. I remember the days when the saying went " sure you can buy a harley son, but do you own a pick up to haul it with as well?" HD sure has all you die hards by the short and curlys, you all remind me of the crowd in front of the snake oil salesmen thinking their getting a great product and will pay anything to own it. Well, when I pass you on the highway in my Nomad knowing I spent half as much and got twice the machine, don't worry, I'll still wave.

I could have sworn this was an HD forum.
If you want to buy a Kaw or a yammi or a honda so be it but dont come to an HD forum and expect everyone to pat you on the back and congratulate you

So what exactly is the point of your post anyway? Are you trying to convince us that a metric is as good as HD? Are you trying to tell us HD is overpriced? Or....are you trying to justify for your own self intrest that your decision to go metric was the right choice? Because you are wrong on all 3 counts. The only people that choose metric over HD are ones that really can't afford HD. Come back in 5 yrs. and post your metrics resale value....which i suspect will be about 5% of what you paid for it....and we will compare the resale of an HD. You made a mistake now you have to live with it.....what gives you the idea anyone here cares that you f'd up? Go tell it on the Kaw forum, they need a laugh too.
