I put the sundowner deep bucket on when the wife is along. I like the seat, but it pushed me an inch or two forward and even as short legged as I am, it's not as comfortable of a riding position as the stock seat for me.
I guess I should've got the tallboy, but I didn't think that would be the right one for a
5' 9" rider with a 32" inseam.

No offense taken. When you're 6'2", 215 and a former martial arts instructor and tournament fighter you can ride the color bike you want and you don't have to "settle" for black out of fear about what someone will say. (And your wife looks good in that purple bra and thong, by the way.)

Where you at? When I get out of this **** hole of a country I'm in, maybe we can grab a real beer instead of letting these smiley faces have all the fun....
To the OP, hope you find the right seat. They are a lot like windshields and handlebars. Sometimes it can be a lot of trial and error. Did you see the post on here a few days ago about the new test program HD is doing at dealers. You can try out seat and windshields at no cost at participating dealers.

Piece a cake,
I went up this afternoon and 1st tried the Tallboy, and it moved me back, and up.
If I had no other choices I could live with the Tallboy. It did indeed move me back about an inch, and up about an inch. My legs were able to strech to a very comfy point. It also has great lumbar support as does the OEM which I do like.
I had to try the Sundowner being we had ordered it, and damn, I really liked it. It's back support isn't quite as 90 degree as what the Tallboy is, but, it does cradle me and gives me about 1 1/2" of movement rearward, while dropping me down about 1/2".
It looks "better" (subjective) on the bike versus the OEM or the Tallboy.
Moral of the story, I grabbed the Sundowner, and the 50 mile home trek was wonderful for my boot heels ride the front of the boards while the ***** of my feet are on the pegs, and grabbing the rear brake-shifter is very natural. It was more of a mental struggle reading through the mixed comments on the seats than it was to go order one or 2, and find one that really fits me.
