I put the Heritage style on my '12 FLHR last weekend and man what a difference. I used to have sore shoulders after a day of riding with the stock bars but no more.Very comfortable.
$80 and did it myself in less than 3hrs.
Buy the service manual and take your time and its no prob.
I could do it again much faster if I want to but take your time on the first go and you won't regret it.
You wont believe the difference the bars make.

I have the Road King High Bar on my '05. Yes, they have some pullback but I cannot remember how much. They were the cure for my pain between my shoulder blades and my fingers falling asleep. I have been very pleased with them.
I suspect that the Heritage bars will also do the trick because they are quite popular. Personally, I have never liked the appearance of Heritage bars and think the Road King High Bar has a much nicer appearance. Your mileage may vary.

I just put Khrome Werks 2" Sweepers on my Road Glide, what a difference!! Reasonably priced, but had to extend the wires. I did not have to change the clutch or brake lines, just cut the tie wrap on the clutch cable. I ran the wires inside the bars, had to get out the dremel & make the opening at the grips larger.
