...went to see it today. It's very nice. I can't think of an option you could put on it that it doesn't have GPS, MP3 player, 2 very nice Corbin seats, 3 windshields. The fairing was repainted to freshen it up, so the paint is in great shape. The lowers have some chips on them, but they're not bad at all.

The owner bought himself this bike when he retired. The miles are all highway he says, as he explains all the places he's been. It has been Dealer serviced only, even the oil changes. Cam bearings and chain tensioner have been replaced, stator, front motor mounts, just to name a couple of things.

It sounds great! I didn't get a test ride, but I will when I hand him some money. ...can't blame him there... I do the same thing.

Will update this later...

I bought the Road Glide today! It came with 2 Corbin seat sets, plus the stock seats, and a pillow top King/Queen seat, 3 windshields, GPS, etc.. etc.. etc.. It rides pretty good, quite different from the Dyna's I had and the BMW I still have. I like the wind protection; it was very windy today!

The best part of it all is that my wife said, "It really looks great and comfy! Lets drop of the kids at my mom's and go for an overnight ride somewhere!"

The best advice anyone can give you is to check the cam bearings and cam chain tensioners. IMO.
Maybe the guy you bought it off has dealt with it, maybe not. If not, they are over do to fail. Virtually all cam bearings will eventually fail. A lot of them would have failed by now, or even sooner. This situation should be dealt with, sooner than later.

Congrats on the new scoot. Nice Road Glide Ultra!

Love that 100th paint scheme silver and black! I liked the 105th Copper scheme as well.

Ride safe and enjoy!
