Any need for a tuner?

Just to reaffirm what the others said, if you add an intake OR free-flowing exhaust then you can get by without a tune. If you add them both you will need a tune though. The reason is that if you add only one then the other still acts as a bottleneck , but if you add both together then the whole system breathes better and it'll cause it to run lean unless you change the tune.

Agreed with all said thus far. Keep in mind too that your 2011 came very lean to meet EPA requirements and you've made it more lean by opening up the exhaust. You haven't crossed a threshold yet but your bike will run better and cooler with a tuner.
However, I wouldn't pay for a dyno tune with your setup. If you plan to go with a dyno tune, pick up a breather and any other mods (cams) so you only have to drop the coin on a single tune.
Personally, I'm a Tmax autotune fan which allows me to change whatever I want without paying for a re-tune. Of course, you'll pay about $900 up front for that luxury and you'll also have to change your headpipe or have someone install larger bungs in your stock header for the O2 sensors.

I have a super suck AC & Screaming Eagles on my Ultra - I bought a V&H Fuel Pack for 219 bucks on line - bike runs great - Fuel Pack is a plug & play - you can see it on you tube - 20 minute install - Be sure to e-mail or call V&H for the program numbers for your set up - great customer service - If you are going to do lots of mods to the engine I would go a different route - but if only going stag one - Fuel Pack is pretty hard to beat for the dollar & ease of install

A tuner is a device (interface module, programming software, and cables) that allows the user to get into the ECM (electronic control module) and make changes to the mathematical tables that our bikes use to run with.
Any processor controlled machine (very few left that aren't nowadays) operate on the same principal where they have a set of instructions (program, map, some have both), look at input variables (sensors, switches, tables) and operate based on these variables.
There are quite a few variations of tuners out there (every company wants a slice of the big ole pie).
There are also much cheaper options that remain attached to the ECM feeding it false information from the sensors, switches, and not going in and actually changing the table values (remapping) so its up to the end user to research, and find the option they are most comfortable with as far as ease of use, needs, capabilities, and ultimately $$$$.......

WOW finally somebody chimes in and has the stouts, there far and few on this forum, i had the same setup as you all stock with just the stouts and it ran fine, but i went to a A/N big sucker and added the XIEDS from night rider, so far so good, bike runs great and i love the sound of those stouts, when ya twist the throttle even though you have the pipe Cat-less you should be good to go.
