I have bought 3 Long Ride Shields for My Ultra. Went to the facebook page yesterday and they had a banner that said $79.99, then a discount code for 30% off. When I clicked the link to buy, because I am not going to pass up 30% off. the price in the link was $89.99. When I brought it up yesterday, instead of addressing it, they deleted the post. So I posted today asking why they didn't address my question..and they deleted it again without addressing it. Looks like they just lost a customer! All they would have had to say was hey, we F**d up and that would have been that. But they chose to ignore it and delete it. I figured I would vent here since they can't delete this.

 

Looks like the price went up to $89.99. They are still offering the 30% off coupon. Glad I snagged one on Tuesday for $79.99 with the 30% off.

 

That is what I was trying to do. The facebook page with the 30% off link stated $79.99. But when I clicked to link to buy it was $89.99.

 

Best company to deal with. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND and replace a windshield I screwed up and paid the shipping.

 

Well as I said it looks like the just raised the price. Posted on their site at $89.99. Dunno what to say. Maybe if you call and talk to them they will honor the price. Just explain the situation.

 

That is what I explained in my previous post, I asked them about it, and instead of answering the question, they deleted the post!

 

As I said, my experience was different, when I questioned it, instead of addressing the issue they chose to delete the post and ignore it.

 

Understand how you feel. Bot gotta say $90 still the best deal I've seen for shields from all the suppliers

 

I just got off the phone with Matt about something else but I did bring up your situation. He said give him a call and he will honor the price. Said he did try to reply to your FB message. Give him a call right now. He is still there.
