I bought a 6 inch Ultra shield that had a problem, sent an e-mail to LRS on Sunday. I received a response on Monday, and a new shield arrived today. Great customer service!

Had an issue with the 6" Ultra I just received Friday. Matt is going above and beyond to make it right and make me a happy customer. Can't ask for much more than that.

My dealer let me "try" a Klockwerks windshield for a few miles. What a POS! Its so thin and just vibrates like crazy above 50mph. So many damn curves that its hard to not focus on it while riding and reflects back into your eyes if riding with the sun high or at your back.

For $180.00 its a rip off

LRS is the only shield I will buy

I just bought an 8" dark smoke recurve last week off of their add on this forum, windshield was $79.99 with a code to put in for 25% off my shield came to $75.99 shipped. This is my second LRS shield and I will always buy from them.

I cannot say enough good things for LRS... That's how companies should be.

The problem you are describing is an old ad that did not get updated. That happens many times with many companies. Most times, if they can, the companies make good on the lower price. You just have to call them.

I have a LRS shield and love it. I prefer to call them when purchasing an feel I usually get a better deal than what I might find online and get a more personal experience. Great customer service from them has been my experience.

So I posted today asking why they didn't address my question..and they deleted it again without addressing it. Looks like they just lost a customer! All they would have had to say was hey, we F**d up and that would have been that. But they chose to ignore it and delete it. I figured I would vent here since they can't delete this.

After reading all of your posts, I think LRS would be better off if you decided NOT to be a customer. You got all kinds of great help/advice from members here and when LRS had the situation raised, they looked after it.
All transactions don't run 100%, you got the issue straightened out so either buy a LRS or go somewhere else. Pretty simple.

WOW! Just going out of our way to make friends are we? Seriously, like these guys said, one simple phone call probably would have solved this from happening at all. At least with a phone call, no matter what happens, you can be sure you both got the communication. Like was said, e-mail, online posts, who knows what is happening? For all anyone knows, the guy on the other end might be in the hospital or something, can't answer his e-mail, use the phone, give them the benefit of the doubt before you go off on them.

I ordered a 7" dark smoke Ultra last Sunday, it arrived on Wednesday. I was out of town until today, took about 2 minutes in install. No gap what so ever. Fits and looks great. Took the bike out in 20-25 mph gusts for about 40 miles and had absolutely no issues. It worked great. Thank you LRS!
