You should write for a magazine.
I have to agree on both of your descriptions.
Like my friends Road King but love my Street Glide.

To me the Road King is "Old School basic Touring bike" while the Street Glide in the "New Generation Hot Rod Bagger".

Thanks for the kind words, I am now just waiting on the bank to draw up the paperwork.
I think the touring platform is going to be a doorway to new adventure's and fun with the wife. I can't wait!!!

Congrats and good luck.

That BBP color just pulled me in and hasn't let go yet, I smile every time I see mine in the sun. I've had a Deuce, Road King Custom, Softail Deluxe and now the SG, and the SG is the best by far (although I miss the FLHRS). I enjoy the SG more and more every time I ride it.

RK is a fabulous bike. But why stop half-way with a Street Glide? Where is your write-up about the Ultra? You mean you didn't even try one? That's like going to the movie and leaving at intermission. Good luck on your choice.
