That engine had much more than a tune issue going on.

head and spark plug melted together? Good lord, what kind of fuel where you using? and only on the front cyl. I would think it would have done the rear one first.

Lean fuel mix and low oil maybe? And on the front instead of the rear? That's totally bazaar.

getting that hot, I might suspect more damage than just top end. rod bushings cooked to point of not repairable?
