Default 1000 miles on my Mean City Cycle Seat

I ride a 2009 Electra Glide. Stock seat. After about 100 miles my butt just hurt. Yeah I am 58 and no longer a hardbody. So after a lot of reasearch and some phone calls I decided to get the Mean City Cycle seat modification to my stock seat. I got the double layer memory foam. They said it would take 1000 miles to break it in. It did. But now it fits my butt. Did 200 miles yesterday afternoon and did not want to stop. What a difference. They were great to work with.

Yeah; they've done two seats for me and a couple of them for friends of mine. I love their work

Add me to the list of satisfied customers....if they were not able to cure my aching *** and back...the SG was going to be sold and buy a Goldwing. I'll be keepin' the HD...it's that good.

MCC, modified a Screamin' Eagle Road Glide seat for me. Memory foam, gel and tail bone relief for both rider and passenger...what a difference!!!

True test will be when we take a long day trip 6-7 hrs in the saddle, but so far I'm good with it

I miss my MCC modified seat from my Ultra Limited. Need to see if the current seat gets better but I have a few emails in to other people because I want a backrest as well.

the experience was kind of fun , my wife and I were driving out to see our son who lives in South Carolina , so I took my seat to the shop (not in a large city, you can listen to the pet chickens crowing next door) and talked to them about my needs. no hurry , they spent time with me , and I picked it up a week later. 150 bucks out the door. Great American made small business
