What are you having done to it? Ive got the super wide and I need something done to it, its too damn stiff and flat. When I put my feet down the edges are square instead of rounded like it should be. The memory foam sounds like it might add some softness to it....keep us posted.

Exactly my experience too. Got mine back and was able to put about 250 on it before heading out on what ended up being a 1950 mile week long riding vacation. Very happy. dual layer memory foam, slightly narrowed the nose and repaired a section of leather that had a tare in it.

Just got my own back and installed on the 03 RK, had the Mustang narrowed slightly then the comfort request memory foam set up installed, put a hundred on it yesterday and no complaints, much easier to get my thick legs down at stops. Got a few short hop 100-300 mile trips coming up to get it broken in fully.

Just completed an Iron Butt (1050 miles in 18 hours) on my new Mean City Cycle modded seat! Never felt uncomfortable or tired...still felt good at the end of the ride. I am thinking about doing the Bun Burner 1500 since I had such a good ride...it's definitely the best seat I have ever owned!!

I went with MCC at first, and the seat was so-so. Memory foam, and shaved for the rider(me). Wife is not too picky. Seemed like an ok skinnier seat, and I accepted it as such, but was "not all that" great of an improvement for a buck forty and shipping.
Needless to say I sold it on this forum, and the recipient said that had MCC seat mods prior thought it lacking.
So, with that in mind, I now say/advise "catch them(MCC) at a rally.
Have them do their mods, ride your bike for a few days, and if you're not happy, have them tweek it for you.
Alan is a "stand up guy."
I get tired of saying the SOS about this.
