Fuelmoto 107 Big Bore Kit
#21
Did the exact same build in March and it was the best money I've ever spent on a bike. Thinking about heads this fall, but seriously, don't really need to, plenty of power as is. That 120+ TQ just feels soooooooooo good! It's nice to live close to Jamie, hehe! Definitely hit it on the head with the street manners, too, my girl and I both think it's actually much smoother than it was before. I went the other way with the advertising, though, put on the billet air cleaner cover from FuelMoto and dumped the 103" derby cover, went to plain chrome.

New Holstein/Kiel area .... I'm a transplant from Ohio 6 years ago. Been reading about Jamie's work many, many years, and when I found out I had moved this close, well, I had to check it out. I usually do my own work, but for the price and piece of mind, plus being 35 miles away, it was a no brainer for me. As soon as I got the new SG last September, I had them do pipes, AC, tuner and Woods 555 cams. That alone was amazing. Then, in March, I had them pick up the bike and do the 107" kit. When they brought it back, I took it for a short test run and all I can say is, "worth every penny", I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. I liked that I did the two stages of build, got to feel like a new bike over and over again ..........

If you are right in Neenah (15 miles from Fuel Moto) you could drop the bike off with us for a week and we can fit it in between builds, just give me a call. We run a pretty tight schedule as many of our customers come from out of state and we have a narrow window to get the build done, break in, and tune finished. Most builds roll out in just over a day.

Hey guys I really want to have this 107" big bore kit done by fuel moto as well. The local bike shops around me don't recommend them and with that being said I don't want them doing the work. I live in northwest florida and was curious as to if there is any places around me within few hundred miles to get a kit like this or have them install and tune fuel moto's kit. Thanks
i'm from la. and it's about 1100 miles each way, about the same distance as from tallahassee. so glad that i made my appt. to have the work done early. i scheduled it back in jan. for late april work. the only thing that really sucked was having to trailer the bike up there and only getting 11 mpg but i had to go up there anyways.....

jamala00 - pardon me for a sec, I promise I am not trying to hijack your thread... ;-)
So for those of you who have had the 107 upgrade from FM - did you get the manual compression releases? If you didn't, do you notice any difference when starting your bike?
Also - oil coolers, is this necessary? Did you have one before the 107UG? Did you put one on after the 107 UG?
TIA
Now back to jamala00 thread. :-)
