Default Paul Yaffe - RoadGlide "Scoowl"

I decided to pull the trigger on this thinking it was a plug & play option. Little did I know it requires the removal of the RG fairing AND drilling! FML!

It will extend the look your fairing and give it a vicious angry stare from the front and side views. *2010 and earlier models can use a 2010 and later headlight kit (Optional / Sold Separately)

Surely just the front fairing? A few mounting holes? I hate surprises like that.

I bought one also, I think originally it was supposed to just snap on but there were problems, and don't try to mount it by drilling holes without pulling the outer fairing and using rivet nuts, ask me how I know....

Pull the fairing and mount it correctly, its only 6 screws and 4 nuts to remove,10 minutes time.
Of course it took me an hour to get it back on . Untill I read a couple posts about pulling the headlamp after the fairing is off to make it easier to hang it correctly on the 2 hooks by the headlamp. After the first time its easy and can be done in 20 minutes.

Post some pics when your done

I don't like the Yaffe bezel. Looks more like it's sleepy than scowling.

This one has more attitude.

I like that Yaffe bezel, too bad it doesn't snap in place like the factory one. Does anybody have a pic of what you have to drill?

I took my Scoowl off, I though maybe the LED lights I have may have been giving me a problem, but after removing the fairing and lights, its the Scoowl that just isn't fitting right, I may try to readjust it.

Yes, it does have "attitude"...but...does it give you attitude when you try and install it? I wanted plug & play and got 2 hours worth of work with the Yaffe "scoowl"!

The one from Sinister just pops on like the stock bezel.
