Big difference. One ride sold me. Much more nimble as well as more stable in the turns.

I went from an '02 Ultra to a '12 Limited.
I think the new frame & suspension rides rougher than the previous version.
Handling is better at speed, but I think the bike feels heavier & less maneuverable at low speeds.
Just my $.02

The one thing that I really like is the feel of confidence the new frame has in the rain compaired to the old, yes it is just a tad more firm feeling but it is still the most confortable bike on the road.

Went from an '01 EGC to an '09 Ultra after I was T-boned by a lady in a Mercedes. It is a whole different feeling, and I admit, more stable, but other than that, I would much rather have my '01.. But, that one is gone, so I am slowly trying to change one small thing at a time to get the bike to fit me......

Went from a 2006 Road King to a 2009 Road Glide.
Between the wider tire, new frame, motor, and fairing/windshield I'd say there was a huge difference.

Much better. Went from a 05 road glide to a 11 street glide. Can't believe how much better these things handle. Big difference!!

Have owned an 03, 05, 07 and now 09.

The 05 and 07 had a true-track.

No contest. I will NEVER go back to pre-09.
