Has anyone used these instead of xieds?

I researched them pretty good myself before purchase and decided they were all I needed. I have the 103", SE CVO exhaust with 2" Fullsac power cores, SE Ventilator AC, and the Xieds. All I can say for sure is I Don't NOT like them... My bike runs great, has no decel popping and gets lo 40's for gas mileage, and seems to have a bit more response. As far as keeping the engine cooler ??? For me it was $100 well spent.

It is as simple as it gets. You simply disconnect the o2 sensors from the ecm wiring harness and plug these inbetween...one end to the ecm wiring harness and the other end back to the o2 sensor(which was originally connected to the ecm harness). Then there is a ground from each xied that needs to be grounded some where. Pretty easy! www.nightrider.com You can find all info on these there.

You'll need it after you gut the cat, mine leaned out a tad more after....That's why I put one on mine and the pop is gone......that's all I'm doing to mine so it suited my need. If I was going for a full bore stage 1, I was going to have it run on a dyno before considering a 'tuner' module. If thats all your doing it will serve you well....go with the adjustable model as each piston will need adjustment, if I recall my front cylinder needed more fuel than the rear and it came in handy.
