Default Road King solo seat? C&C wins for my money!

I'm following up to this thread that I posted some time ago:

https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...e-in-here.html

So I decided to go with the C&C solo with backrest based on the input from you guys. To recap, I wanted more "room" in the saddle without compromising long-haul comfort, sitting too tall on the bike, or losing the look that i was after. This C&C is the perfect blend of all 3 criteria and fits the bill for me perfectly. I've put a few hundred miles on it in the past 2 weeks and couldn't be happier with the blend of cushion/support, the drop down and back, the adjust-ability of the backrest....and clearly, it looks good.

For you taller guys, I already had an extended brake pedal, and I also installed the Harley Goodies floorboard extensions - both of these really add to the comfort for me, as I ride with my heel on the boards and toes on the pegs.

Thanks to all of you for your input - seat comfort is a tough question because it is such a personal thing, but your input helped me make the right choice....

This was the convincing thread for me, I'm def ordering one. Also helped that your bike is a little similar to mine, gives me a good idea of the look!

C&C certainly makes a good product. And customer service is second to none in my book.

Yup, that's a great looking seat (and motorcycle). If I ever have need for a solo seat, I'll be looking at a C & C.

Have fun.

What highway pegs are those? I've been trying to figure out what I want, and yours look to be almost exactly where I want mine to end up.

Great seat too btw, I really just need to suck it up and order one for myself...

Thx.

Thanks for the props, guys......

The pegs are HD 50576-050and the extensions are HD 50830-07. I have them adjusted so I can also go "full-peg" to stretch out even more....

You can see the room the Harley Goodies give with the footboards in these pics as well......lovin this setup!

What emblem do you have on the round horn cover?

Have any better pics of it?

Thank you,
