I feel your pain, lol! Its exciting getting stuff and putting them on yourself for the bike. Heck, I love researching for these accessories just as much. Worst part is waiting until they get to my hands!! Enjoy!

The thread was intended to have a comical tone to it- I guess it didn't come across well-lol You're right though, I spent over $20K to let it just sit in the garage-lol
Sorry Jay, I get jokes, but I didn't get that one. Highway pegs were the very first thing I did. I was actually a little ticked off at Harley that my Ultra didn't come with them. Seems like a necessity. I don't know what I'd ever do without them. To answer your question to Matt. I do not have a backrest. Thinking about it.

I bought the Kruzer Kaddy almost two years ago. Looks great and have gotten A LOT of use out of it. It's even detachable but I've never detached it. Rode 700 miles to Atlanta last summer. If I hadn't had that for Gatorade all the way I swear I would have dehydrated.

piasspj had the best answer. BTW...if I remember right, my gift cards DID have an expiration date of like 12 months after original purchase. Now, how can they, "the stealer", do that when cash was used to make the purchase in the first place? Better check to see. At any rate, I couldn't hold onto my cards but for maybe a week or so anyway before they burnt a hole in my shirt pocket and I had to rid myself of them.

Yeah, I agree completely! I have a 3 week old bike and the accessory story is just beginning. I know I will do exhaust, probably first. Chrome do-dads and likely a stage 1 when I take her in for the 1000 mile service. This will add up and I'm sure this is all intended and anticipated by the motor company.

I thought I heard somewhere the feds past a law that gift cards no longer have an expiration date.
