Default Ultra Handlebars

I have a 02 ultra with stock handlebars. What handlebars could I use that would bring the bars up and back? Can it be done without changing all the cables and brake lines? I only need to get the bars back and up a little bit to make them comfortable. I have tried changing the position of the bars already.
Thanks for any feedback

The Wild One chubby 575's are about 2 inch's taller, 2 inch's wider & do come back closer to you. They will be about even with the top of your fairing.

Not happening inside a fairing. Khromewerks +2 sweepers is a good bar also. Best if cable changes are made, but technically you could reroute your clutch cable and get by with the throttle/idle cables but they are a little tight.

+ 1 on the 575's. No cable change needed if you re-route clutch cable from around and behind stereo to under it. Gives you about 3 extra inches of cable. This is maxing it out, any taller bars and no way. You will also have to carefully straighten out the front brake line. I believe stock is an 8 inch rise and the 575's are 10 inches. 2 inches taller, 2 inches wider and 2 inches closer. Check out my sig pic for an example.

Thanks for all the input. My cousin gave me his handlebars from his SE. I'm gonna try them. If that doesn't work I'm Most likely going to the 575's.
It's great getting everybody's opinions.

I would think that the SE bars are close if not the same as the ones on youe ultra now.
I went with the 575's on my ultra and did change the cables to make life a little easier. it was one of the better mods I made putting them on
