Update: I was informed on a different thread that with the badlands module that I have, you can actually install the 1156 on the rear signals and it will act as a running/brake and signal, so I tested it today with a regular 1156 bulb and it works. So I took out the 1157 LED from the rear signals ( they are for sale) and ordered the 1156 LED.

I've been using the Kury's for 4 years on two bikes and like them; but the pix of your front signals got me thinkin'..........

(as has been said before -- I hate this forum!!!)
Yes they are from custom dynamics, and they are BRIGHT!
It's like another set of passing lamps.

I don't know where your coming up with the Kuryakyn (Truck-Lite) being washed out in sunlight.

I picked my FLHTK up from the dealer on Friday. I hat the Kuryakyn LED headlight and running lamps installed before I picked it up. My wife was 1-1/2 to 2 miles ahead of me the 60 mile ride back home and she said the headlight was brighter that hell. There were always other bikes around me, and she knew exactly which one I was.

I guess everyone sees it differently.
It could be she saw you cause she was in front of you ( not coming up a side road to your side ) it could also be that she noticed you cause the light gives off a different color.
Believe me the last thing I wanted to do was take the light off. But I checked and rechecked and to me it wasn't doing enough from the side angles.

Phase 6 trucklite has better side dispersion for daytime visibility. IMHO.

Yes I heard that, but I also read about that it does not spread the light wide enough.
I guess I'll wait for phase 8.
