Good = Higher wattage bulb.
Better = Higher wattage bulb plus adding two accessory passing lights.
Best = $250 Truck Light LED
Even Bester = $500 HD LED
Bestest = Full LED set up in main bulb plus passing lights.

My personal experience is that I put in higher intensity aftermarket bulbs. Go flashed by a lot of cars and they kept burning out.

Just got Truck Light LED in main housing and that is good enough for me to cruise without anxiety at night. (Hear the HD LED's are even better, but more $)

Did not like the look of the LED sticking out, so spent an extra $35 for the HD Frenched bezel that dresses up the front a bit and covers it completely.

Sure wish they made LED for a Road Glide, have HID's now but LED would be the bomb...

e code for me but also went with 35 watt passing lamps(stock is 27.5) so used a 55\100 bulb,my thought is use low beams in oncoming traffic and 100 watts on the rural roads.and hoping i get better life at 55 instead of 65 watts.

I have the HD LED on all my bikes and they are money well spent IMO. Would not consider anything else, personally.

Thank goodness no one has suggested HID country's motorcycle hid setup for 165.00 with a 6k bulb. I hate to have a setup like everyone else

I have the Custom Dynamic - Dynamic Ringz and Trucklight phase 7 headlight on my 12 FLHX. Really looks great. Haven't had a chance to ride at night yet.

Went with PIAA love the idea running H9 in the Low beam

NOTE: The dual HD head lamp kit does not come with the Trim Ring
Gasket....

The Gasket is in the parts cat. 2010 - 12 CVO FLHX FLHTCU really fills out the trim ring gap , look at a CVO Dual lamp you see it....

Where is a good place to get the hella e and 80/100 bulb? Is it a simple unplug and replace install?
