Can someone tell me if the stock Harley head pipe is non-catalyst?

This is not a California bike.

My understanding 2009 was the last year of the non-cat head pipe 2-1-2 for the Non-California bike.

09 Ca and CVO touring bikes had cats everything else did not, 10 all touring bikes got them. Pull right muffler to verify, takes about 20 seconds.
