Great to hear!
Your BMW was and is a fine machine, no argument there. However, you will find that your HD has something different. Some say a personality, some say a soul, but you will find out for yourself the more you ride it.
The HD will give you feedback from the minute you climb into the saddle. You are already discovering the ergonomically different riding position. That position will set you up a lot straighter than the position on your beemer. I, as many others, prefer some kind of backrest support. Works great for those long days in the saddle or for those of us with lower back issues.
Have fun with the new bike. Enjoy the sound and feel.

I work on a friends BMW K1200LT whenever he needs it and have taken it for short hops. It's a nice riding machine once you get your speed up, but at parking lot speeds it is the most ungainly thing I have ever ridden! I think you will enjoy the huge handling improvement the Limited has over the LT at slow speeds, and they are no slouches at corner carving either.
